Alliance Landfill is committed to open communication with the community. Its 24-hour Community Response Line is operated seven days a week, 365 days a year. Waste Management maintains an open-door policy with our community. We offer tours, environmental education programs, and presentations throughout the year. To ensure an efficient, reliable, and convenient means of communicating with the community, Waste Management in 1995 instituted the "24-Hour Community Response Line," a 24-hour response system. "24-Hour Community Response Line" opens the lines of communication with the community while implementing a system of issue management. This service answers questions regarding Waste Management operations, provides access to information about tours and other community outreach opportunities, addresses specific concerns, and connects the caller with site personnel. Waste Management personnel are committed to responding to calls within a half-hour.

From Interstate Route 81 Use Exit 182 and follow signs for Taylor. Take Davis Street and then Union Street west across the Lackawanna River and through Taylor. Turn left at the traffic light on Keyser Avenue and make the first right into Alliance's driveway.

From I-476, the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, use Exit 38. Alliance's driveway is next to the turnpike overpass at Keyser Avenue.
